Bohemian Mule

Spicy ginger, fresh lime and a subtle absinthe lift. 

Ingredients:

. 30ml Local Absinthe 60%

. 15ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)

. 10ml Sugar syrup

. 100ml ginger beer

Method:

  1. Add the absinthe, lime juice and sugar syrup to a chilled glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and stir.
  3. Top with ginger beer whilst stirring gently.
  4. Garnish with fresh lime wedges.
