Green Beast

Vibrant cucumber and citrus with a strong absinthe backbone.

Ingredients:

. 30ml Local Absinthe 60%

. 30ml fresh lime juice.

. 20ml lemon myrtle syrup

. 90ml chilled plain or sparkling water

. 3 cucumber slices + 1 for garnish

Method:

  1. Muddle the cucumber slices in a glass.
  2. Add the absinthe, lime juice and syrup.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Top with chilled water or soda water.
  5. Garnish with a fresh slice of cucumber.
