Obituary

A classic martini kissed by the green fairy.

Ingredients:

. 60ml dry gin

. 10ml bianco vermouth

. 5ml absinthe 60%

. Twist of lemon peel

Method:

1. Chill a coupe glass.
2. Add the gin, vermouth and absinthe to a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
3. Stir for about 45 seconds until well chilled and diluted.
4. Strain into the prepared glass.
5. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
