Necromancer

Bright citrus and elderflower, balanced with aniseed.  

Ingredients:

. 25ml Local Absinthe 60%

. 25ml Elderflower liqueur 

. 25ml Lillet blanc 

. 25ml fresh lemon juice

. Dash of Gin

. Lemon twist

Method:

1. Add the absinthe, elderflower liqueur, Lillet, lemon juice and gin to a shaker with ice. 
2. Shake well until chilled.
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
